Lavochkina 4, 2019 </p> <p align="center">   </p> <p> On the pages of the fourth issue of the journal there are articles on Chinese Russian telescope assembled on the orbit; on implementation of the concept of development of the spacecraft double-launch system as a part of Fregat - type upper stages; on ensuring the dynamic stability of the continuous service satellite systems on high-elliptic orbits of Molniya type; also numeric simulation of the ExoMars Descent Module front shield aerodynamics is described as well as the analysis of the flow structure in the base flow and in the near-wake flow and etc. </p>
